My Account
- I have forgotten my password or don’t know if I have an account.
- My account is locked out and it says to contact you.
- I need to change my email and address.
- I need to add my niece to our account.
- I need a receipt.
- I need a tax receipt.
Enrolling in Camp
- I need to add Extended Care.
- It says my child is already enrolled in the class but I haven’t enrolled her or paid anything.
- It says my child is not the right age for the class.
- What class or grade do I enroll my child in?

Online Registration System Questions
Q: I have forgotten my password or don’t know if I have an account
- Go to the My Account button (at the very top of this page) to reach the Login screen. From there you can click the My Account button.
- In the Already have an Account? box click the Forgotten? Link.
- Enter your email and click Done.
A new temporary password will be sent to that email address. If no email arrives from This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within 30 minutes, check Junk or Spam mail. If still no email, then create new account. If your email is already in use, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
Q: My account is locked out and it says to contact you.

Q: I need to add my niece to our account.
- Go to Change Information about Family Members in Personal Information.
- Go to Account Payments > Select / Show Payment Details
- Check the Registration Box.
- Click the Enroll link in the first column ‘Transaction’ of the relevant transaction.
- Click the Receipt Number in Transaction Detail screen.
- Click Printer Friendly Version in top right of Receipt screen.
- Go to Account Activity > Print Tax Receipts
- Select tax year, yourself as Payer and all family members to be included on the tax receipt.
Q: It says my child is already enrolled in the class but I haven’t enrolled her or paid anything.
- Go to My Cart (top right links bar) and empty it.
Q: It says my child is not the right age for the class.
- If you entered the wrong birth date:
- click the My Account button on the Participant Information screen.
- Go to Change Information About Family Members in the Personal Information section.
- Click the name of the child and scroll down to Date of Birth, in Personal Information.
- If the birth date is correct:
- you are enrolling in the wrong class. Enroll in the class that has the same grade that your child will be going in to next Fall.
Q: What class or grade do I enroll my child in?
- Select the class your child will be go into next school year.
Q: I need to add Extended Care.
- Simply log in, go to the site and session your child is registered in and scroll to the last class in the listing, the xAM/xPM Program. Select that and choose xAM or xPM and enroll as usual.
Q: I need to transfer to a different session or grade.
- Call the camp office. They will need to take your credit card information again as it is not accessible to them. Please note: Any changes made after May 15 are charged a $35 Change Fee. Read more about financial policies.
Q: I need to change my child’s focus instrument choice.
- Go to Personal Information
- Open Change Question Answers
- Select Campers in 3rd - 6th grades select a focus instrument to study.
- Enter instrument choices in all three questions.
- Please do this before May 15. There is no fee to change this information but late changes may be missed as we build the groups.
Q: My daughter wants to be in the same group as her best friend.
- Go to Personal Information
- Open Change Question Answers
- Select If possible, Camper would like to be in the same class as:...
- Enter names in the box provided.
- Please do this before May 15. There is no fee to change this information but late changes may be missed as we build the groups.
Q: I need to change my email and address.
- Go to Personal Information
- Open Change Your Address or Personal Information
Q: I want to pay using a Payment Plan.
- During enrollment, you will reach the Enrollment Details page (which includes all the questions related to your enrollment).
- Scroll down to the end of that page, after Charge Name and Merchandise and you'll see payment options.
- Select Use Payment Plan. A box will appear with payment dates and amount.
- Click Continue.
Q: I paid using the Payment Plan. How do I find out when payments are due and what amount will be charged to my credit card?
Payment Plan dates and amounts should be included in your electronic receipt. You can also view the payment schedules on our Policies page. To check your payments online:
- Go to Personal Information
- Under Account Activity, open Get a List of Prior Transactions
- Under Criteria, click Deselect All and then check the Registrations box (we're working on improving the layout here!)
- In the first column, click on the Enroll link.
- In the Transaction Detail page, click on the Receipt Number link.
- This is a copy of your receipt. Scroll down to the end of the page to see Auto-Charge Payment Plan details.
Q: I need to change the credit card you have on file.
- Go to Account Payments
- Change Payment Information
- Click the Edit link and insert the new number and date.
- Please confirm that the information you enter is correct!
